Emmerdale fans will likely remember Sean Spencer as a bit of a bad boy when he first entered the ITV Dales in 2011.
Played by Luke Roskell, Sean was the son of Ali and Dan Spencer, and lived with mum Ali, sister Amelia and Ali’s girlfriend Ruby up until his exit in 2014.
During his time on the soap, he got close to Belle Dingle and eventually left for the Army – leaving his mum devastated when he was injured and holed up in hospital.
But now, eight years after leaving the soap, actor Luke looks totally different from his Emmerdale days.
He regularly posts incredible snaps to his Instagram page, much to the delight of his loyal fanbase of followers, and looks worlds away from Sean.
Known for rocking his trademark baseball cap and short brown hair, Luke has since grown his hair out into sleek brunette waves which complement his freckles.
With just a smattering of facial hair, Luke tends to opt for a casual but luxe wardrobe, often spotted in long-sleeved tops or football shirts while enjoying time with friends.
In one snap, he posed while sitting at a table with his new hairstyle on full display, downright smouldering for the camera.
Rocking a long-sleeved dark grey top for the occasion, Luke opted for a black-and-white filter as he gazed mysteriously off into the distance for the hunky headshot.
In another snap, he let his hair fall into natural curls after spending a spell in the rain, bundled up in a blue waterproof jacket and letting his brunette stubble grow out around his chin.
He simply captioned the cheeky snap: “Ello.”
Last year, the star stripped down to his swimming trunks for a snap lying back on a grass lawn with a gang of pals, reclining on the ground as he cheekily pointed at the camera with a huge grin on his face.
It seems Luke is still in contact with his old Emmerdale pals, too, as Ross Barton actor Michael Parr often comments on his snaps.
Even Ben Tucker actor Simon Lennon – who joined the soap long after Luke left – regularly drops by to leave a like on his posts.
Since leaving the soap, Luke’s acting career has gone from strength to strength, as he landed a regular role in period drama Jamestown.
He has also appeared in everything from Outlander to The A Word.
