This came a couple of days after she gave her followers an update on her incredible transformation.

Cici explained how the picture on the left was day one of her journey, which was after holidaying in Bali and spending five months eating and drinking “without a second thought”.
“I was happy, but I missed feeling like myself,” she explained.
The First Dates star then said that the snap beside the before photo was taken five months later and was all down to “basic changes” that she made.
Touching upon the small alterations she made, Cici explained how she walked 10K steps each day and cut down her sugar intake.
“I got a coach a started working on resistance training,” she noted, adding: “This is where I really started to notice the changes in my mind and body.”
“When the scales don’t read what you want them to, check your photos,” she urged her followers.
Taking to the comments section, fans of the star were quick to praise her for changing her lifestyle and toning up.
“When toning up you turn fat to muscle so you don’t lose weight .. well done,” one person explained.
Another said: “@cici_coleman_ you look great in both pics, it’s only about how you feel that matters.”
