Gemma Atkinson dazzles fans as she enjoys 'blow out' with her 'girl squad'

Gemma Atkinson wowed fans as she got glammed up for a “blow out” with her “girl squad”.

The former Hollyoaks star – mum to two-year-old daughter Mia with partner Gorka Marquez – looked stunning as she took a night off mummy duties and headed out for drinks.

Snaps shared on Instagram showed the actress making the most of the warmer weather in eye-catching floral trousers.

Gemma, 37, wore a skimpy black top that left her shoulders bare, with a snuggly looking cream cardigan draped around her in case the evening got colder.

Her long blonde hair was piled on top of her head with a few loose tendrils escaping and falling sexily around her face.

The star opted for natural-looking make-up, with a fresh faced look, but ramped things up with lashings of black mascara.

“Fab night with the girls which ended with none of us looking like this,” she wrote.

“Every 3 months we have a blow out and a night to step away from mum / work / home life and be those girls we were back in our early 20s talking rubbish, doing shots, dancing on tables, falling asleep in taxis and having 2am pizza.

“Stunning!” one person posted, while another admirer said that Gem looked “super hot” in her summery outfit.

Another fan gushed that the star had “aged like a fine wine”.

Plenty of people also agreed with Gemma about how vital it was to have a night out with good friends.

“So important in life to keep hold of ‘real’ friends, the ones you grew up with who know you best, the ones where you don’t have to pretend, those are irreplaceable,” said one person.

“Nothing beats a night with your girls,” another posted.
