Gemma Atkinson confessed she is “missing” her loving fiancé Gorka Marquez while the professional ballroom dancer continues his UK tour.
The 37-year-old Hits Radio presenter first met her future husband when they took part on Strictly Come Dancing back in 2017.
Now, the Spanish dancer has joined his fellow pro dancers on The Professionals tour while she looks after their gorgeous daughter Mia.
Taking to Instagram, the loving bride-to-be gushed over her long-term partner as she shared a sweet snap of the pair together online.
In full view of her 1.7million followers, she penned: “Missing Gorks at home these spring nights.
“He left for the tour the day we landed back from Tenerife so it’s been face times with a cuppa the last two and a bit weeks.
She added: “Mia asked yesterday if she could walk to London to see him. Excited to see the show next weekend but more excited to see him mid week.
“Just for 2 days mind then I need my space @gorka_marquez,” she joked.
A loved-up Gorka replied with a love heart and upset-face emoji, writing: “I miss you both so much,” as Gorka’s former dance partner Katie McGlynn added: “Power couple right there.”
Her loyal legion of fans soon flooded to her comments section to compliment the loving couple and sympathise with the mum-of-one.
One user penned: “Aww she wanted to walk to London, bless her, just the cutest. If only she knew the milage!!”
Another added: “My hubby tours. It’s hard going but makes those moments together extra special. Not sure how you do it with Mia in the mix…”
A third penned: “Make the most of your time together next week. Ahh missing her papa.”
It comes after the Strictly star sparked confusion amongst his fans as he shared an adorable family snap on social media.
Taking to Instagram, the 31-year-old posted a sweet picture of his hand interlocked with Gemma’s while their daughter Mia placed her hand firmly on top.
The second photo was strikingly similar, however, Gemma’s sparkling engagement ring was notable absent from the picture along with their two-year-old.
In view of his 695k followers, the professional dancer captioned the post: “2022 vs 2019”, showing fans how life has changed for him in the past three years.
