Gemma Collins has revealed that her fiancé Rami Hawash was rushed to hospital following a “serious” accident at work.
The TOWIE icon, 41, took to Instagram on Friday (April 8) to share a snap of herself cuddling her injured beau.
In the photograph, Rami can be seen sporting a cut on his nose and wearing a patch over his left eye.
The reality star told her 2.2million followers exactly what happened to Rami in the caption section.
She penned: “Glasgow to London No SLEEP. a break down in the car but I made it back to you.
“Our first week apart since dating …. I missed you. Also guys just before I left for my tour Rami had a very serious accident on his eye and nose at work.

“He needs an operation. It’s been a really weird week leading up to my tour.
“Also my mum drove into a ceramic plant pot display at the local garden centre!! If you don’t laugh you would certainly cry!!!”
She concluded: “We must always remain positive. Poor Rami as soon as his operation is done I will be able to relax properly then.”

Fans took to the comments section to leave a supportive message for the GC as she detailed her hectic week.
One follower penned: “ope you get well soon Rami. Love to you both xxx”

It comes just days after Gemma opened up about her rather awkward encounter with Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio.
She told The Sun that she got kicked out of a private members’ club over in the states for trying to talk to the acting legend.
Gemma explained: “I said hello to him and got thrown out of the club in Los Angles.
