Good Morning Britain viewers believe something is going on behind the scenes with presenters Kate Garraway and Richard Madeley.
The duo both returned to the ITV studio to present today’s instalment (August 1) of the morning show after taking breaks, but some picked up on a clue that the two could be secretly feuding.
As they welcomed former England player Eni Aluko to chat about the Lionesses’ sensational win against Germany yesterday (July 31), viewers immediately took to social media to address the “frustrating” interruptions occurring between the pair.

“I think @richardm56 and @kategarraway are actually having a feud here, the amount of time they speak over each other on @GMB. Proper row coming up!” one viewer theorised.
Another wrote: “@GMB please stop the presenters from talking over each other it’s driving me nuts, it’s frustrating and getting very annoying.”
“@GMB no one person is the star of GMB. Sadly Kate every time Richard started to talk Kate is talking over him.and with people being interviewed. And I realise about the delay but this talking over is a terrible problem on GMB,” fumed a third.
While another user said: “Oh dear Kate and Richard interrupting each other and Kate’s usual bulling to get a point out of to make it political.”
The Smooth Radio host, 55, returned to presenting today after a three week break due to her husband Derek suffering “life threatening sepsis.”
The mum-of-two addressed her absence minutes into the show, with several taking to social media to throw their support behind Kate and her family.
“Welcome back Kate, pray that Derek will be back home with you soon. Love and best wishes too you and your family,” penned one.
Another said: “You poor girl and poor Derek , what fighters you have both have been in different ways ..I really hope Derek comes back to you Kate and the kids , thinking of you all.”
“Both you and Derek are amazing Kate. Have faith. Sending all my love to your beautiful family,” wrote a third.
While a fourth tweeted: “You, as a family have been through so much Kate. Your strength and determination will get you through this again. Derek is a fighter and so are you. No one deserves what you have been through as a family but the support you have is amazing. Try to take time for yourself too x.”
GMB airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
