Harry Potter star Tom Felton has admitted he was once a bit of a “s***** boy” to co-star Emma Watson and that he still feels “ashamed”.
The pair co-starred in the films as Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, and Emma recently revealed that when they were younger she had a bit of a childhood crush on Tom.
But Tom has now fessed up to mocking the actress when they were making the first movie.

Emma – who was only nine when she was cast in Harry Potter And The Philosopher’s Stone – hung out with Harry star Daniel Radcliffe and Ron Weasley actor Rupert Grint, while Tom, who was 12, was more often with some of the slightly older child actors.
Opening up in his book Beyond The Wand: The Magic And Mayhem Of Growing Up A Wizard, he revealed that they thought they were “a bit cooler”.
He recalled that on one occasion Emma put on a dance show in her dressing room and that the older boys were a bit rude about it.
“We sniggered our way down to Emma’s show, and the sniggers grew louder as she danced,” he wrote.
“We were just being s***** boys, largely out of awkwardness and because we thought taking the p*** was cool, but Emma was visibly upset by our thoughtless reaction. I did feel like a bit of a d***, and rightly so.”
Tom, 35, said he later apologised but that the incident had stuck in his mind and that the memory was still “painful”.
And he said he has come to see that Emma had the toughest situation to navigate than all of the rest of them and that “the last thing she needed” was her co-stars chuckling at her dance.
Tom and Emma, 32, are close friends now and the actor has said she was a driving force in him opening up about some big things in his book, such as his alcohol struggles.
Emma has previously revealed that while there has never been anything romantic between her and Tom, she did have a crush on him when they were young.
