John Paul and George had met when the copper was called to Hollyoaks High School, where teacher Nancy Osborne (Jessica Fox) had been stabbed by a gangster.
George become a key part of the investigation into the county lines drug dealing and was placed at the school in an attempt to lower the risk of dealing at the school.
A few months after beginning his relationship with John Paul, George started becoming domestically violent and manipulative.
PC Kiss was eventually beaten with a bookend by John-Paul’s parent Sally St.Claire (Annie Wallace), in defence of Theresa McQueen (Jorgie Porter).

George planned to leave the village, but was confronted by Theresa McQueen.
As he lunged for Theresa, Sally St. Claire (John Paul’s mother) struck George with a bookend, killing him.
