I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! fans were left baffled over a history-making episode, as hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly had some “breaking news” to share.
On Monday (November 14), Scarlette and Owen were tasked with attempting to win the Dingo Dollar Challenge, entitled Jungle De Change.
Tasked with identifying and counting different currencies within a strict time limit, they failed to complete the challenge and win the dingo dollars.

It meant they didn’t even have the chance to call camp and ask the trivia question, and didn’t even see Kiosk Kev.
Owen stated ahead of the challenge: “Because of football, I’m quite good with flags,” as Scarlette said: “Oh, that’s good. I travel a lot, I should do well at this, but…”
Ant and Dec couldn’t resist making a quip about the history-making failure, before moving onto a “breaking news” segment which transitioned back to camp.
Dec said: “An I’m A Celebrity first, the first time they haven’t completed the challenge in the time available.”
He later added: “Time for some breaking news now. Seann Walsh is not a fan of ironing clothes.”
Ant cheekily added: “And in other news, reports are coming in that the Pope is Catholic, and a bear has been spotted heading into the woods with a rolled up newspaper under his arm.”
Baffled fans turned to Twitter after the challenge, with one penning: “Since when did they have a timer for dingo dollar challenges?”
“I’ve never seen anyone fail at a dingo dollar challenge what is going on?” someone else wondered.
While a third fan posted: “I genuinely didn’t even know there was a time limit to the dingo dollar challenge, I just assumed they stayed until they got it or gave up.”
“You can fail a dingo dollar challenge?” another baffled fan said.
Elsewhere on the show, Mike Tindall recalled a cringe-inducing moment in which he performed a slut drop in front of Princess Anne.
He said: “I love a suit. My problem with suits is I over exaggerate dancing at weddings… I rip a lot of suits, trousers and stuff.”
The star continued: “Zara had like a 30th birthday, it was a disco 70s themed one, I was dancing on the dance floor, I had like flares on, full outfit but it was quite tight, nothing ever fits – rugby player’s bum and legs – so I was dancing with my mother-in-law and I did a sl*t drop in front of my mother-in-law.
“Ripped my trousers, straight in front of her. It happened to be that my boxers that I had on at that time said ‘nibble my nuts’.
“As I’ve turned round, she’s gone, ‘I’d rather not.’ I’ve gone, ‘I’m going’ and walked off.”
And his mother-in-law is, of course, Princess Anne.
