Victoria Beckham has maintained her svelte figure and glossed appearance over the years picking up an army of fans who can’t get enough of her stylish demeanour.
The former Spice Girl has given a rare insight into what she eats on a daily basis to keep herself looking so trim and fabulous.
Victoria, 47, is already known to be a keen fan of keeping fit, with her exercise regime keeping her in incredible shape for a mum of four.
Now a comical Instagram post saw the fashion designer comparing her low carb lunch to her son Romeo’s complete opposite meal loaded with a burger and fries.
Posting the snaps to her story Victoria first showed off 18-year-old Romeo’s meal from In-N-Out Burger as she wrote: “Lunch on set for @romeobeckham.”
She then shared a second image featuring a plate of smoked salmon, sliced avocado and three slices of lemon.
She wrote: “And lunch on set for me.”
Victoria recently admitted that her favourite dinner is wholegrain toast with salt on top during a chat with Ruth Rogers on the River Cafe’s Table 4 podcast.
Stunned viewers listened as she confessed to being every restaurant’s “worst nightmare” because of her meal choice.
A further glimpse of what the former pop star eats on a daily basis came when her husband David Beckham claimed that she eats the same meal every single day.
Also talking on the River Cafe Table 4 podcast, David said: “I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I’m eating something great I want everyone to try it.
“Unfortunately I’m married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years.
“Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that.”
Victoria also once shared an insight into what she eats for breakfast when she posted a photo of Ezekiel 4:9 Original sprouted grain breakfast cereal next to raspberries and blackberries, and unsweetened almond milk.
She is also reportedly a fan of smoothies, particularly the “green monster” which she makes with her Nutribullet and contains apples, kiwi, lemon, spinach, broccoli and chia seeds.
She also swears by apple cider vinegar in place of tea or coffee to start her day, downing two tablespoons, followed by fresh lemon juice in warm water.
Elsewhere Victoria previously told the Telegraph that she loves avocados and eats “three or four avocados a day.”
She has also been spotted indulging in healthy tequila and lime cooked jumbo prawns, mixed seeds soaked in organic Aminos, and a birthday cake made entirely of fruit when she celebrated her 44th birthday.
