The X-ray showed little Reggie’s arm after being damaged on a trampoline ladder.
Captioning the post, Josie, 37, said: “Thank you to the theatre at the @ruhbath. You’ve put my little prince back together again.
“Reg has a new terminator arm. A victim of a trampoline ladder.”
In the following post, Josie shared a photoshopped snap of Reggie as Iron Man.
The former Big Brother winner shares her son with ex-boyfriend Terry.
Meanwhile, it comes after Josie admitted to suffering from imposter syndrome whilst hosting on This Morning.
The star has regularly hosted the show for more than three-and-a-half years, filling in for the main presenting team several times since 2019.
But despite her long history with the much-loved show, she revealed she still gets nervous on set.
Josie told PA Media: “I get nervous all the time and it’s three-and-a-half years along the line and I still get nervous to this day.
“Now and again, I’ve got to give myself a little talking to – because I sometimes get imposter syndrome – ‘What am I doing here? How did this happen? How did I get myself into this?’ Alison always says everyone deserves to be there.”
Josie also revealed her disbelief at her success on the show. She added: “If you had said to me, ‘One day, you will be hosting This Morning’ – the biggest daytime TV show in the UK, I would have probably burst out laughing.
“Never in a million years did I think I’d be doing something like this. But I can’t wait – I love working at This Morning so much, I’ve got the best job ever.”
