Katie Price investigated over 'Jimmy Savile slur at ex' and may face Instagram ban

Katie Price could face an Instagram ban after allegedly comparing her ex-husband Kieran Hayler to notorious paedophile Jimmy Savile.

The star, 43, is accused of breaching the social media site’s bullying and harassment guidelines after she took a pointed swipe at the 35-year-old last Tuesday (April 12).

Her controversial post has since received a slew of complaints to parent company Meta which may now see the mum-of-five kicked off the platform where she regularly updates her 2.7million followers on her lucrative products.

Former glamour model Katie took to her social media account after watching the new Netflix documentary series which looked into the twisted acts of the late children’s presenter Jimmy Savile.

After watching the two-part Netflix series, the TV personality compared her ex-husband – with whom she shares two children – to the British TV presenter.

But this isn’t the first time the blonde bombshell has accused her ex, as she previously alleged that the dad-of-three groomed a child back in 2016, which he strongly denied.

When she completed the tell-all TV series on the popular streaming site, she took to Instagram to share her thoughts on the eye-opening show.

She penned: “Omg, I watched this and can’t believe what this man did and brought back memories.”

Kieran is now reportedly taking legal actions against the star and has continued to deny the claim which he has since branded false and “fabricated by a third party.”

A source has now claimed to The Sun that she could face a temporary ban on the social media site for her controversial comments online.

They told the publication: “Meta is trying to contact reps for Katie to discuss the complaints with them.

“She may well be kicked off Instagram, even temporarily,” the insider explained.

Daily Star has reached out to representatives for Meta and Katie Price to ask for a comment.

It comes after fans shared their concerns for her son Junior Andre when he appeared to share his phone number on Instagram.

The budding pop star – who is the son of ex celebrity power couple Peter Andre and Katie Price – took to the social media site from the recording studio as he worked away on his debut music.

It is understood the 16-year-old musician was promoting his latest studio moves when he shares a snap of himself next to a microphone in a dark recording booth.

The stylish teen could be seen smiling and pointing into the camera as he donned a bright oversized orange hoodie while he invited his doting fans to get in touch with him.

He captioned the post: “Slide into my WhatsApp” before he publicly shared a mobile phone number online.

Teasing new tunes, he added: “I’ve got some stuff I’ve been working on that I wanna send you.”
