Katie Price poses behind the wheel in luxury car after getting slapped with driving ban

Katie Price has been snapped posing behind the wheel of a car not long after she was slapped with a driving ban.

The glamour girl was banned from driving for two years last year, after a drink-driving crash.

But it didn’t stop her sitting in a fancy McLaren – which was parked up – for a picture.

The snap was shared on Instagram by Lisa Marie Brown, who will be designing a glam new car for Katie.

It showed the 43-year-old star beaming as she sat in the driver’s seat of the stationary car and clutched the steering wheel.

She was wearing comfy looking cream trousers and a snuggly black jacket.

A black baseball cap was perched on Katie’s head, and her long blonde hair was loose over her shoulders.

“Loves the McLaren,” Lisa wrote.

“Hyped we are collaborating,” she added.

Katie also shared a video on her own Instagram Story to explain more to her followers about the collaboration.

It showed her standing with Lisa, with both clad in the same baseball caps emblazoned with the word “Pink” and some bright pink cars behind them.

“So today I’ve met my match,” Katie told her fans on the platform.

“We all know I love pink. One pink to another pink.

“And not only that, filming today was fantastic.”

“This lady here, Lisa, is going to be designing my next car,” she said.

Katie crashed her car while she was driving near her home in Sussex in September last year.

In December, she was given a 16-week suspended jail sentence for drink-driving while disqualified and without insurance.

The star was also banned from driving for two years.

Opening up about the accident in her Mucky Mansion TV show, Katie said that she had been at “rock bottom” on the day of the crash and that it was a wake-up call for her.

“I regret getting in the car, I could have killed someone,” she said.

“I could have killed myself. My kids might not have had a mum. It’s awful.”
