Kieran Hayler has revealed he is “incredibly disappointed” after his ex-wife Katie Price avoided prison after breaking a restraining order.
Katie, 44, was all smiles as she was handed a community order after sending a string of abusive texts to Kieran’s fiancée, Michelle Penticost.
A judge handed her 18 month community order, 170 hours of unpaid work and instructed her to pay £1500 in costs after she pleaded guilty.

Now, Kieran has spoken out just hours after Katie’s fate was sealed in Lewes Crown Court, where Michelle revealed in a witness statement she was afraid of Ms Price attacking her.
In a statement on behalf of Kieran and Michelle, the couple said: “We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today’s court hearing.
“We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price’s offending.”
Katie pleaded guilty to her restraining order after sending Kieran text messages, branding Michelle a “gutter sl*g.”
She said: “Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s**t, girlfriend not to start on me.
“She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try to antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s**g.”
In a statement read in court, Michelle said: “The language used has made me scared. I worry and am scared she will attack me. I thought that having a restraining order would make me feel safe.”
During the hearing which lasted around 30 minutes, Katie’s defence, Nicholas Hamblin explained how Katie pleading guilty was an apology, explaining it was “an apology to Ms Penticost.”
The restraining order against Katie was implemented for five years on June 3, 2019.
It prohibited Katie from contacting Michelle directly or indirectly and she was also fined £415 following a “tirade of abuse” following an incident on a school playground.

Judge Mooney told Katie: “It’s the first twelve words that are why you are here today.
“It was imposed for your harassment of Ms Pent. It appears you have complied with this order for 2 and a half years.”
He added: “In my judgement, this offence was committed out of anger.
“The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.
“In my judgement, balancing the aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a medium-level community order.”
