Kim Kardashian fans fear she's 'balding' as daughter shares clip of 'fried' natural hair

Kim Kardashian fans are wondering if the reality star is balding following a video posted online by her daughter North West.

The billionaire mogul, 44, recently returned her hair to its natural dark colour, having previously dyed her hair blonde for the Met Gala in May.

Earlier this month, Kim’s daughter North, 9, shared a TikTok clip of her mother’s natural hair – with Kim’s tresses still blonde in the snap.

While some fans praised the “natural” style, the video soon had TikTok and Reddit users speculating the mum-of-four was losing her hair.

Kim can be seen wearing off-pink pajamas in the clip, which has since been deleted from TikTok.

With her hair wet and thin over her shoulders, fans claimed to be “shocked” by the state of her “fried” tresses – advising Kim to get a “pixie cut”.

Over on Reddit, the video even kick-started speculation that Kim had developed “traction alopecia”.

Posting to the site, one user wrote: “Her hair has definitely gotten thinner over the years.

“It’s not just the bleaching. She probably has traction alopecia.

“You get it from pulling hair up, tight hairstyles, stuff like that.”

The Redditor went on to suggest over-styling and heat damage could be responsible for damaging Kim’s hair, claiming the star’s wider parting was evidence “her hair is thinning.”

They added: “She does so much damage to her hair aside from the bleaching.

“It’s also the heat damage daily, the tight slicked back styles, wearing her hair super tight under wigs, etc. “

Meanwhile, a recent post on celebrity blind item blog Crazy Days and Nights claimed an “alliterative reality star is taking Rogaine” – with some fans claiming this could be Kim.

Earlier this year, dramatic scenes from The Kardashians saw Kim dye her hair blonde.
