Kris Jenner faced backlash recently after telling Kendall Jenner it was time for her to have a baby. Kris, 66, had a very frank conversation with model Kendall, 26.
She told Kendall it was “time to have a baby” with Kendall responding she wasn’t sure if she was ready.
Kendall is the only daughter left of Kris’s who hasn’t had a baby, and it is clear Kris is desperate to have a grandchild from her, despite already having 11 and acquiring step grandkids from Travis Barker.
In the latest episode of The Kardashians, Kris sits Kendall down for the big talk. Kris definitely didn’t hold back and told Kendall: “I was just thinking maybe it’s time to, you know, have a baby.”

Kendall was taken aback by the comment and looked shocked as she took a sip of her tea, telling her mother: “I get uncomfortable!”
She then very honestly tells her mum: “You keep telling me ‘you’re not getting any younger’ but guess what mom? It’s my life.”
Very sensibly, Kendall seems to want to be in control of when she is ready to have a child, telling Kris: “I don’t know if I am ready yet!”
The model is in no rush to start a family, but Kris is adamant Kendall should start considering a future family of her own. Kris said: “Let me tell you a little fun fact: When you were born, I made your body inside my body.
“So, I made your eggs inside of me, that means I made your eggs. Every year that goes by your eggs go down a little bit.”

Kris then goes on to call Kendall’s OBGYN, asking about egg freezing. The doctor said: “It would be a good time to freeze eggs. Listen, the younger you are the better the quality.”
The momager celebrates having the doctor on her side, telling her model daughter: “Alright. Well, I think we are unanimous. Have a baby!”
Kendall just laughs and says, “no.”
When Kendall is left alone with the camera, in her confessional she said: “I still have a lot I need to figure out before I can, like, welcome a child into my life.
“I’m still enjoying life on my own and I’m okay with that right now.”

Fans of the show agree with Kendall, and found the whole scene super awkward. Taking to Twitter, so many expressed their discomfort.
One user wrote: “Wait, how old is Kendall? Kris pushing babies onto Kendall is cringey and uncomfortable AF #TheKardashians.”
Another said: “Kris has 700 grandkids and she bothering Kendall #Kardashians.”
A third shared their experience on having a baby, saying: “I was one week shy of turning 34 when I naturally conceived twins after pulling the goalie a month before. Have babies on your terms. Not for others.”
