Singer Liam Payne has dished the dirt on what it was really like behind closed doors for him and his One Direction bandmates.
The group formed in 2010 after appearing on The X Factor and eventually went on to sell over 70 million records across the globe, becoming one of the best-selling boy bands of all time.
But life away from the cameras and millions of fans was completely different for the lads with Liam now claiming that things became physical at one point.
The Bedroom Floor hitmaker, 28, has made a string of revelations while speaking with Logan Paul on his YouTube podcast.
But fans will most be concerned to hear that their favourite singers were once at loggerheads with one another.
After being asked whether any of the lads including Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, Niall Horan and previously Zayn Malik came to blows, Liam told Logan: “No, no, we became very close at points – I think it was well known in the band that I don’t like taking sh*t.
“At a certain point, I made it very obvious, I’m not going to tell you how.
“There was one moment where there was an argument backstage and someone, one member in particular threw me up a wall.”
He continued: “I said to him ‘if you don’t remove those hands, there’s a high likelihood you’ll never use them again’.
“He took his hands off.”
Liam failed to disclose the identity of his bandmate who was involved in the alleged altercation.
Daily Star has approached One Direction’s spokesperson for comment.
Following his shocking bombshell, the dad-of-one threw major shade at his former pal and bandmate Zayn Malik who left the group in 2015.
He said: “Before we go too deep into this, there’s many many reasons why I dislike Zayn and there’s many reasons why I’ll always always be on his side.
“If I had had to go through what he went through his growth and whatever else – my parents are overly supportive to the point where it’s annoying at times, they don’t mind me saying that and Zayn had a different upbringing in that sense.”
Liam added: “Listen, I don’t agree with any of his actions, I can’t commend some of the things that he’s done.
“I can’t be on his side for that but what I can say is that I understand, and you only hope that at some point in their life, the person on the other end of the phone wants to receive the help you’re willing to give them – that’s all I’ll say.”
