Jade Thirlwall has stated that she is ready and raring to kickstart her solo career as the group will be disbanded this Saturday (14 May).
Little Mix will take a hiatus once their Confetti Tour comes to a close, and the band mates are thought to be going their separate ways.
Jade, 29, has signed a deal with RCA Record label, and is confirmed to be launching her own solo enterprise.
She has teased fans over on Instagram, leaving many speculating if she will be releasing new music with Calvin Harris, who is launching his new album imminently.
Fans are over the moon about the news, as he has not released an album since 2017, nearly five years ago.
Calvin teased his new record in an Instagram post, where he wore a pink sheer shirt with a white vest underneath and grey trousers. He posed with a flamingo either side of him and a sunset sky behind him.
He hasn’t released any other information about the album, which is a follow up to his previous Funk Wav Bounces. All that is known is that the album is due any moment as he teased in the caption: “Funk Wav Bounces Vol.2 COMING SOON.”
Jade commented on the post: “We’re ready,” alongside a pink flamingo emoji, which sent fans into a frenzy, assuming she has an upcoming collaboration with the 38-year-old Scottish DJ.
This comes after an emotional television interview where Jade can be seen fighting back the tears as they discuss their last ever tour on the One Show on Tuesday evening (13 May).
The interview was the bands last ever television performance before they disband the band completely this weekend.
During the chat, Jade says that she, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock will give solo music a try.
Jade gushed how much she would miss her band mates and best friends, Perrie, 28, and Leigh-Anne, 30. The star said how she would miss having the girls “by her side 24/7.”
The trio will finally conclude their Confetti tour this weekend at the sold-out final show in the London Arena.
When host, Alex Jones asked what Jade will miss most about the band, she said: “I will miss everything! We cry laugh every day.
“We spend all of our time together so I think we will miss that, being in each other’s company all the time.”
She went on to say: “That sisterhood will never be lost, but I will miss having them next to me 24/7.
“We want to say thank you to all the fans for the last 10 years, we are so grateful.”
