ITV Lorraine fans took to Twitter to beg for Andi Peters to return to the show’s competition segment, after he was replaced by singer Peter Andre.
During the segment, originally led by Andi, Peter spoke to previous winners of the ITV prize and promoted the current competition.
One viewer simply asked for Andi’s return, tweeting: “Bring back @andipeters”.

Backing the view, another Twitter user felt strongly about Andi’s replacement, writing: “Why oh why did ITV get Peter Andre to do the competition?
“No personality, boring, one-hit wonder, bring back @andipeters at least he brings some energy to our screens!” they continued.
Others also missed Andi’s anticipation, claiming “Poor old Pete’s heart isn’t in this is it”.
As Peter spoke to a £40k cash prize winner who had recently gone to see a Backstreet Boys concert joked that the winner had obviously meant to see Peter in concert instead.
Peter’s joke rubbed some viewers up the wrong way, with some claiming he was using the ITV morning gig to promote himself.
“Is Peter Andre promoting a competition or himself” they wrote.
The Mysterious Girl hitmaker also presented the Good Morning Britain competition segment and was quizzed about his time in the Celebrity jungle following the start of the current series last night (6th Nov).
When GMB host Susanna Reid asked the star for any advice for the celebrities already heading into the camp, Peter quipped “Don’t do it!”
Brushing off the joke, Peter advised the celebs to “say yes to things, you know everyone’s watching so you know you’ve got that encouragement.
“Don’t worry about starving yourself because you are going to be hungry but after a few days you’re just going to be determined to get as many stars as you can.”
