Liam Llewellyn hopes to get lucky in the Love Island villa thanks to the little leprechaun he packed as his luxury item.
The 22-year-old masters student from Newport, Wales, said the toy has helped family members pass tests including driving exams.
He said: “I’ve got a little leprechaun my auntie gave me. She passed her driving test and my cousins passed theirs, hanging it in the vehicle.
“So she’s given me this as a little lucky charm.”
The student added he won’t rule out having sex in the villa and will only get distracted by castmates’ getting intimate if it’s too “intense”.

He said about his dream woman: “I’ve written out my ideal girl as part of a little challenge, so it’s probably brunette, petite, nice yes, nice teeth, and I want a girl who is outgoing – a glass-half-full type of girl, just a really nice person to be around.
“I go to the gym and see couples and go, ‘Where am I going wrong?'”

Asked why he thinks now is the perfect time, he said: “I think 22 is a really nice age to meet someone, you’ve got your years ahead of you so you have time to experience stuff and grow together.”
On entering the villa with a group of singletons, Liam believes being in that environment will help determine what he likes about people.
He said: “I think Love Island is a great opportunity to meet someone, you’re in with a load of different types, so you can get to grips with what you really like about people.”
When asked how others would describe him, the 22-year-old said the opinion differs depending on who he asks.
He joked: “If you ask my mum, probably a little s**t,” before adding “No, I’m a good kid, she knows that.”

The student went on to say he finds it difficult to hide how he feels about someone because he is “quite emotional” as a person.
He quipped: “I wear my heart on my sleeve, I can’t hide how I feel about anyone. I’m probably quite emotional as well come to think about it.
