My Old School is a documentary telling the story of Brandon Lee who in 1993 enrolled at McLeod’s old school, Bearsden Academy.

Lulu previously admitted to making drastic lifestyle changes after her recent medical diagnosis left her feeling “frightened”.

The songstress revealed last year that she will be making some big changes in her life.

After watching her dad Eddie pass away as a result of high cholesterol last year, Lulu decided to manage and monitor her own levels.

It was shortly after his passing that the star received a shocking diagnosis that her levels had raised since she last checked.

She said at the time: “My father’s death – at the age of 71 – was terrible. I loved him dearly. He had worked in the meat market in Glasgow for years and was a great singer.

Unfortunately, he didn’t really take care of his body and he had plenty of health warnings that he ignored.

“So, even though I’ve always tried to look after myself, when I discovered that I had raised cholesterol, memories of my dad’s illness spurred me on and I made sure that I did something about it.”

It was at this point that the singer threw away ice-cream from her freezer, stopped putting butter on her sandwiches and started to cook cholesterol-lowering meals as part of her everyday diet.

She now makes an effort to start each day with a cup of hot water and a squeeze of lemon, a coffee, porridge, muesli and yoghurt after she shared her passion for the importance of breakfast in a diet.
