A model and dominatrix surprised Vogue Williams by sharing her desire to get surgery on her bum, despite the presenter protesting that she already possessed a “perky” posterior.
Since Kim Kardashian’s huge behind launched the trend for celebrity women to enhance their backsides, models like Illy have often expressed a desire to follow suit.
The 32-year-old from Mansfield relies on her slim figure for her work, where she performs as a model and dominatrix for paying clients.

She appeared on E4 show Send Nudes: Body SOS tonight which sees participants strip naked to see how they could look after surgery.
And Illy revealed how she wanted to change her “flat pancake bottom” to look more like her idols after seeing her nude avatar.

“The body part I do not like is my flat backside,” she admitted. “I want it to be fuller, remain pert, and I want it to wobble when I walk.
“It’s about time I was able to twerk, I want to throw it back and make it clap.”
Despite these admissions, host of the show Vogue Williams was not convinced that Illy needed to change.
“I think it looks nice and cute and perky,” the presenter said, upon seeing the woman’s naked avatar. “It totally goes with the rest of your body, no?
“My worry about a bum is that it’s kind of like a fashion statement.”

But, rather than being deterred by this, the model confessed that she had actually taken inspiration from celebrity figures to consider surgically enhancing her posterior.
She responded: “I definitely think it has planted that seed a little bit because they all look so good.
“Kim Kardashian, Chloe Ferry and all those girls, they look absolutely amazing… I want to see some ridiculous Kim Kardashian behind.”
And, seeing a 3D avatar of Illy rocking an enhanced bum, members of the public agreed that the enhancement would suit Illy.

“Big difference, you’ve got cheeks now love, you can twerk with that,” said one cheeky pair.
Others, though, suggested that surgery should be a “last resort” after the model had tried natural methods to enhance her figure, for instance by going to the gym.
Despite being advised that the surgery to enhance her backside would cost roughly £7,000, Illy told viewers that she had decided to start saving.
“I will keep putting money into a bum fund, until I’ve got a bum I can twerk with,” she said.
