Molly Mae Hague accused of 'hiding her hand' in TikTok clip amid engagement rumours

Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury have been celebrating 2022 in style after heading on a surprise trip to New York – but questions regarding a proposal immediately arose.

Due to Tommy whisking Molly Mae away on a last minute stint and telling her to pack a bag the day before they were heading off, fans were adamant a proposal was incoming.

However, as the pair haven’t announced anything on their Instagram, fans are instead questioning if a proposal has taken place in secret.

As Molly Mae posted a TikTok to her profile of she and Tommy out for food, one snippet showed her hand behind a drink – which could be entirely unintentional, but fans had other ideas.

Taking to the comment section on the video, one user wrote: “Is it just me or why is she hiding her hand?”

Another wrote: “Keeps hiding her hand,” while a third chirped: “Definitely hiding her hand.”

Meanwhile, others were recognising that Molly Mae had been recording using her hands so it’s likely one of the snippets could have been due to holding the camera instead.

Elsewhere, other viewers were telling followers not to put pressure on the pair, with one person writing: “I really don’t understand why people are putting so much pressure on him and expecting him to propose, they are so young and have plenty of time.”

Last week, Molly Mae revealed that Tommy had surprised her with a trip to New York after her beau had been walking with her and told her to pack her bag.

She told her followers: “We were on our usual walk yesterday and he told me out of nowhere that I needed to pack my case because he was taking me to New York tomorrow! Still in shock. I’m so lucky!”

They have been sharing snaps while away on their break, including a sweet snap of the duo on New Year’s Eve as they headed out to watch the fireworks and ring in 2022.

This summer will mark three years since the pair met on Love Island in 2019 and after they landed second place they have been inseparable ever since.

Molly Mae and Tommy have both openly discussed plans to get engaged particularly in recent months with the pair discussing rings and plans openly with their followers.
