Phillip Schofield has been scolded by a This Morning doctor for a big health error.
The latest episode saw the veteran presenter, 60, and his co-host Holly Willoughby chat with Dr Zoe Williams about the risks associated with summer bug bites from insects including bees and wasps.
As Zoe explained the various ways in which people can react to stings and bites, Phil confessed that he himself was allergic to bee and wasp stings.
He then admitted that he does not keep his EpiPen on him at all times, which led to an admonishment from the visiting doctor.
Phil said: “I react very badly to mosquitos.
“I’m allergic to bee and wasp stings so it’s always going to be a bit of a nightmare.
“I’ve got an EpiPen somewhere in the kitchen cupboard, I don’t know, it’s somewhere.”
As Phil went to continue his point, an alarmed Dr Zoe replied: “It should always be on you. Keep it with you.”
“I know,” he eventually conceded.
During the conversation, Phil also joked that he would leave a ‘cup of blood’ out for mosquitos rather than have them bite him.
He joked: “I’d just leave a cup full of blood on the table and let them go for that.
“Leave me alone.”
Zoe said she too reacted badly to mosquitos and advised viewers to avoid wearing the colour red to avoid mosquitos and instead wear black and white.

She also said mosquitos could be attracted by perfumes and certain scents.
Later in the programme, Holly and Phil were joined by Vanessa Feltz for a dilemma-based phone-in.
The duo also interviewed Robert Glenister during Thursday’s show, who is set to star in new ITV drama Sherwood, while chef Clodagh McKenna made a tasty risotto.
