Piers Morgan has revealed he has a painting of himself in his living room of his swanky London home.
The TalkTV presenter took to Instagram to give his fans a rare peek inside his five-bedroom Grade II listed home Kensington townhouse which contains an extensive art collection.
Piers 56, who lives with wife Celia Walden and 10-year-old daughter Elise, shared a snap showing a glass of red wine next to the bottle, and explained in the caption it was a gift from his nutritionist to celebrate the launch of his Piers Morgan uncensored show.
In the snap a portrait of Piers can also be seen perched on the mantlepiece, as well as a young girl stood with her arms in the air, who appears to be the presenter’s daughter.
He captioned the snap, in which his chess board and art collection could also be seen: ” Gift from my nutritionist to celebrate @piersmorganuncensored launch week.
“She knows exactly what revival minerals my body needs after a long hard week at the TV coalface…”
The former Britain’s Got Talent judge bought the property from his father-in-law and former Tory MP George Walden for £4 million in 2009.
Piers’ Georgian home is situated on a leafy street and includes French windows that lead onto a private balcony.
Piers last week told Donald Trump ‘s son, Donald Trump Jr., to “pipe down” after he suggested he “deceptively edited interview promo” for the interview with his dad was the reason behind Uncensored’s fall in ratings.
Piers’ ratings for his new show reportedly dropped significantly after the first episode and almost halved again after the second.
Before the first episode aired earlier this week, the controversial broadcaster shared a 30-second teaser clip of his interview with Trump.
Donald Jr., 44, took to Twitter to express that the show’s fall in ratings could have been because of this.
The former presidents son shared an article by Breitbart News which was titled: “Piers Morgan viewership crashes 70 percent after Trump Aide crushes his mishandling of deceptively edited interview promo.”
The 44-year-old captioned the tweet: “Brutal!!!”
The former Good Morning Britain star was quick to fire back and told him to “pipe down” and to “tell your dad to take a chill pill.”
He said: “Do pipe down, Don. This pathetic over-reaction to a 30-second promo is getting very embarrassing. You guys did that kind of thing to me every night on Celeb Apprentice. Tell your Dad to take a chill pill & fire that useless twerp @TayFromCA – never met a worse comms director.”
