Piers Morgan has taken another brutal swipe at Prince Harry – branding the Duke of Sussex a “little twerp” on Twitter.
The former Good Morning Britain star, 56, slammed the duke following his claim that he suffered “substantial hurt, embarrassment and distress”.
The duke’s complaint came after a Mail on Sunday report about one of his other court battles allegedly inspired a “feeding frenzy of of hostile comments” online.
Piers responded to an article in The Telegraph reporting on the claims, and the bold broadcaster certainly didn’t hold back in his opinion of the former senior royal.
Taking aim at Harry in front of his 7.9million followers, Piers fumed at the prince for “bleating” while the war in Ukraine is happening.
He wrote: “Is the little twerp ever not hurt and distressed? Imagine bleating like this when there’s a war raging?”
Morgan’s tweet divided opinion amongst his fellow Twitter users in the comments as some defended Harry and others didn’t.
One wrote: “I thought he said recently that he no longer looked at comments on social media.”
A second said: “Hurt feelings? The world isn’t a playground. He’s been too sheltered for too long.”
Others defended the duke, one wrote: “You appeared to be ‘hurt and distressed’ when someone disagreed with you!”
Another commented: “Imagine bleating about someone bleating when there is a war going on.”
Piers recently ripped into Harry and his wife Meghan Markle over their new Spotify deal.
He mocked the Sussexes after Spotify issued a statement on Covid misinformation after pressure from the couple.
In January, Harry and Meghan urged Spotify to prevent “serious harms” from alleged Covid misinformation.
It followed a Spotify boycott from artists like Neil Young who complained about The Joe Rogan Experience – Spotify’s most popular podcast.
However, the couple’s production company Archewell said it’s satisfied the streaming service is “adequately addressing the problem of misinformation on its platform.
Piers said the couple were “beyond parody” after seeing an article reporting on Spotify’s statement.
