One former Playboy bunny decided to flog her old breast implants on eBay after going from a B cup to a DDD.
Zoe Gregory, formerly Zoe Paul, is auctioning off the old silicone implants, which she had bought for her by magazine mogul Hugh Hefner while living in his mansion.
In an exclusive chat with Daily Star, the former Page 3 stunner confessed buyers will have the option to purchase a date with her on the side, during which she’ll spill plenty of gossip from the Playboy Mansion.

It comes with a catch, however, as LA-based Zoe will charge an extra £2,000 for the date – and men will have to fly her out to meet them if they want to go out of state.
Currently, she’s asking for £5,000 for the implants alone, or £7,000 with a date on the side.

Opening up about her boob job journey, the blonde beauty, 47, explained she got her first implants with £2,500 of benefits she saved up while living in England.
“You’d be lucky to find a pair of implants for £2,500 these days,” she remarked. “But I saved up my income support and got those, and literally two weeks later I got into Page 3 modelling.
“I sent polaroids off to a modelling agency, who sent them to Daily Star and The Sun – I was making my money back immediately.”
Shortly after, Zoe was flying out to Los Angeles to shoot for Playboy – and moving into the mansion with Hef.

“Word went around that you can get any surgery you like, as long as it’s within means and Hef sees what you’re not liking about yourself,” she said.
“As soon as I heard Hef would pay for anything, I wanted to go bigger, because I could see that he liked really big, busty blondes – and at the time, I had no t**s.
“I’d had a baby at 16 and hadn’t developed fully yet, I was still flat-chested. I had to get really small implants [in England] because I didn’t have enough skin to get big ones.
“I asked Hef, and said, ‘I really want to shoot for the magazine, but I’m really insecure about my boobs. I had stretch marks on my t**s because I hadn’t fully developed. He said, ‘okay, honey, if that’s what’s going to make you happy!'”

With Hef’s help – and under the charge of Hollywood plastic surgeon Garth Fisher – Zoe ditched her B-cup implants for a C-cup.
“Garth performed the surgery, and I told him, ‘go as big as you can. I want Hef to love them when they’re big and juicy – he’s paying for them!'”
Zoe kicked off a trend in the mansion, with the other girls clamouring for bigger boobs as soon as she went under the knife.
“They all wanted me to ask Hef for them, and I was like, ‘Do your own dirty work!’, but I did end up being that girl because I’m not scared to ask for something.”

But a move into the porn industry and starting up an OnlyFans career meant Zoe wanted to go bigger again – so she opted to move up to a DDD cup after Hef’s death.
“I thought, porn would love to see some big, gigantic ones on me,” she said. “I thought, it’s another investment. When I went in for surgery, I warned, ‘Do not take those implants, I need them back because they’re super valuable’.”
Zoe confessed she’s had “a few bids” on the implants already – but potential buyers are desperate to knock her down on price.
“I listed them with the option to go on a date with me, and I’ll tell [them] all the stories that happened at the mansion over a dinner date,” she said.
Currently, her implants are still on sale over on eBay for any curious investors.
