Pregnant Chloe Madeley has spoken of how she collapsed on public transport after suffering from dropping iron levels in her body.
Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan’s daughter said she fainted many times from iron deficiency anaemia as she took to Instagram to share “scary” moments from the latter stages of her first pregnancy.
The personal trainer and TV personality wrote: “Things I have learned in my third trimester.

“These experiences are my own, every single woman and pregnancy is entirely different… Walking is actually more uncomfortable than lifting weights.
“I wish I’d taken the first sniff of dropping iron levels more seriously, and overhauled my diet and supplements/medication approach, instead of thinking some Spatone and vitamin C in the morning would sort me right out.
“If I had, I would have avoided a lot of scary moments like fainting on/in various modes of transport, and generally feeling like I can’t breathe, as well as looking like a goth.
“Being left alone in your third trimester feels intensely overwhelming. It’s okay to come off social media and refocus your priorities.”
She added: “I love that I’m pregnant. I really love the bump, I love the curves, I’m really into it. It’s magical and I love it, but it’s f****** hard on your body.

“I’ve had more than one meltdown where I’ve just sat there like hysterically cried because it’s a lot of hormones, a lot of emotion. Every day isn’t always pleasant but I love it.”
The wife of former England international rugby player James Haskell added that she has suffered from bruised ribs, and can no longer bend to pick things up.
She said: “Everything I’ve said stands, but despite it all, I do actually love being pregnant.”
