The Real Housewives of Cheshire’s Rachel Lugo left fans bewildered when she shared some exciting baby news but she’s now shed light on the announcement.
Rachel, 46, announced in June that she was preparing to welcome a little one into her family as she shared a post on her Instagram Stories.
However, the same post was shared on her Instagram grid alongside the caption that she was going to become a nana as her daughter, Sophia, was expecting her first child.

Those who saw the post had initially believed Rachel was expecting, something which she found hilarious but was also flattered by.
Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star, the interior designer said: “It was actually quite flattering.
“A lot of people were like ‘Oh’ because when I put it on my social media it said ‘Baby Lugo due January’.”
Rachel added: “The social media thing, I used Sophia’s picture which said ‘Baby Lugo due January’ and a lot of people said ‘Oh my God, I thought it was you having the baby.’
“It was really sweet because I am approaching 50, I don’t even know if I can still have children.”
While the Housewives are known for secrets often being leaked, discussing sharing her news, Rachel continued: “There’s certain girls I tell and there’s certain girls that find out, which doesn’t surprise me.
“You’ll see Sophia in this season, I’ll be talking to her very bluntly about what’s about to happen to her and how difficult it is.
“It’s great, it’s a whole new thing for me to be entering into, I’ve got my little sister from America visiting me and she’s got a 16-month-old and a four-year-old staying with me.
“My girls are hard work, I said ‘you better believe it’s hard work’, on the other hand, I feel like the grandmother is coming out with me with these children.”
The blonde bombshell added: “I went to Tatton Park and I was doing all the moo-moo noises and I was really excited, it gives me a reason to go to all these places I haven’t been to for so long.
“I was sharpening my elbows when it came to feeding the baby lamb with a bottle and the milk was all gone.
“I was trying to get my niece to the front of the queue, Nick was laughing going ‘this is what you’re going to be like as a nanna!'”
