Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney will never 'be friends again' claims Danielle Lloyd

Rebekah Vardy and Coleen Rooney will never “be friends again” after their £1.5million Wagatha Christie legal battle.

Fellow WAG and reality star Danielle Lloyd said: “It’s so personal and has become so messy.

“I don’t think Rebekah and Coleen will ever be friends again. But I hope they can get on with their lives.

“I think they’ll both be wishing this is over. It’s a shame it’s got this far.

“I think the best thing for all of them now would be to put this to bed for their families’ sakes.”

Mum-of-five Rebekah, 39, is suing mum-of-four Coleen, 35, for libel, claiming she wrongly publicly outed her as a snitch who had leaked details of her private life.

Danielle Lloyd has said that the ongoing Wagatha Christie legal battle has become “so personal” and “messy”

Rebekah denies she was the culprit and wants damages and an order preventing Coleen repeating the allegation.

The case will go to trial at London’s High Court on May 9.

The court heard Rebekah branded Coleen a “stupid cow”, a “d***” and a “****” in messages to her agent revealed at a preliminary hearing. Rebekah’s barrister argued not all related to Coleen.

Danielle, 38, who was hit by an online nude photo leak in 2017, said she sympathised with Coleen.

She added: “It’s just horrendous. It even affects your family life as you can become suspicious of even those closest to you.”

It comes after Danielle told Daily Star bout her breakdown during Covid-19 lockdown.

She said she turned to day drinking to cope with pressure before seeking help from her doctor when she realised she was not OK.

She said: “Through lockdown, I felt fine, like felt like I was coping ok, then the next minute it just hit me like a tonne of bricks, I was broke down, I was like I’m not ok, this is really hard.

“I started drinking, it would get to like 12 o’clock and I’d be like ‘Oh my god,can we open a bottle of wine yet? This is so boring, I cant handle homeschooling these kids any longer. It’s lunchtime. it’s fine’.”

Danielle then elaborated on how she turned to her doctor for help when she recognised the signs of depression creeping in because of her past experience.
