Rebekah Vardy sticks two fingers up in ‘normal is boring’ jacket after Wagatha defeat

Rebekah Vardy has stuck two fingers up in her latest Instagram post since she lost the Wagatha Christie court case to Coleen Rooney.

On Friday (July 29), the mum-of-two was slapped with an estimated bill of £3million to cover the legal costs of the infamous trial which gripped the nation through the summer.

After the nine-day trial concluded, the court found the wife of footballer Jamie Vardy, 40, and her agent Caroline Watt were involved in the distribution of information against Coleen.

The loving wife teamed the statement jacket with a pair of high-waisted denim shorts and a set of brown leather boots which showcased her long woolly socks poking out the top,

She styled her signature brunette locks into a messy centre parting before she tied them up into pigtails at the crown of her hair.

Rebekah was seen walking through a sun-bleached field as she carried an overflowing bag of groceries as she held a cheeky two fingers up to the camera.

The starlet simply captioned the snap: “Peace out” alongside a peace emoji before promptly turning the comments off on her post.

It comes after the judge found it likely that Ms Watt was involved in the direct act of passing information to The Sun, adding that she “knew of, condoned and was actively engaged” in the process.

It is understood that the information shared about the famous family included their marriage, birthday, Halloween, pyjamas, car crash, gender selection, babysitting and flooded basement posts.

Court documents also revealed additional information from Coleen’s private Instagram account was “likely to have been passed to The Sun by the Claimant and Ms Watt, acting together.”

Following the verdict, Rebekah shared a lengthy statement on social media confessing that she was “extremely disappointed” at the result.

It read: “I am extremely sad and disappointed at the decision that the Judge has reached. It is not the result that I had expected, not believe was just.

“I brought this action to vindicate my reputation and am devastated by the Judge’s finding.

“The judge accepted that publication of Coleen’s Post was not in the ‘public interest’ and she also rejected her claim that I was the ‘Secret Wag’.

She added: “But as for the rest of her judgement, she got it wrong and this is something I cannot accept.

“As I explained in my evidence I, my family and even my unborn baby, were subjected to disgusting messages and vile abuse following Coleen’s Post and these have continued even during the course of the trial.

“Please can the people who have been abusing me and my family now stop. The case is over. I want to thank everyone who has supported me.”
