Sarah Jayne Dunn shares secret behind famous age-defying figure after Hollyoaks axe

Sarah Jayne Dunn has opened up on how she keeps in shape as her followers lust over her OnlyFans snaps.

The 40-year-old actress is best known for playing Mandy Richardson in Hollyoaks for 25 years but soap bosses recently terminated her contract because she refused to take down her account on the over-18 platform.

While on a break from the Channel 4 serial drama a few years ago, Sarah trained as a personal trainer.

She has been keeping up her fitness skills ever since and has been showing off the results by stripping off for racy snaps.

Sarah has told Daily Star exactly how she maintains her age-defying physique.

The soap star explained: “I’ve been into fitness all my life. I love it now.

“I trained as a personal trainer a few year ago when I was in-between jobs.

“I did it as a bit of a hobby and I loved it so I continued.

“After having Stanley and before we got married, I really went full throttle with my training and I found a new passion for it and stuck to it.

Sarah went on to reveal that exercising benefits more than just her figure.

“The benefit is it makes you look better and feel better but its more for the mental benefits.

“For me, exercising is an escape and it makes me feel strong and healthy.

“I want to be a good role model for my little boy and it’s just an hour where I get time to myself where I can switch my mind off and connect to my body.”

Sarah recently spoke out about her decision to join OnlyFans and says women should be able to wear what they want whatever their age.

“I’m enjoying what I’m doing and having the freedom to be creative to do the images that I want to do under my rules and decisions,” she said.

“It’s about empowerment and doing it for older women. You shouldn’t be judged on your choices and you should be able to wear what you want.”

“I find it really important to represent the older women.

“I seem to have been put into this bracket but 40 is still so young and there’s other women out there who are blazing the trail like Kylie, Jlo and Helen Mirren.

“Age is just a number and I think society has led us to believe that you get to a certain age and that’s it or you become a mum and that’s it and you can’t be sexy anymore.”

Despite leaving Hollyoaks village for good, Sarah insists that acting is her main passion and she wouldn’t turn down the chance to appear in a rival soap.

“I love Corrie. I’m a Northern girl and Coronation Street has always been up there as something I’d love to be part of so that would be great.

“I’ve had other opportunities and doors open since all of this so maybe for now my path is slightly different but I’m happy to see where it takes me for now.”
