Stacey Solomon confessed she was dreading the festive season as she approaches the one-year anniversary of her dog Theo passing away.
On Thursday [December 22], the Loose Women star took to her Instagram Story where she shared a few clips of herself and her son Rex visiting her late dog’s grave.

The 33-year-old mum shared a clip of her son using a spray bottle to squirt liquid onto Theo’s plaque before using a brush to clean off all the dirt, which he finished with a bouquet of flowers.
Stacey captioned the emotional video: “Happy heavenly Christmas Theo… Good afternoon. Me and Rexy spent the morning visiting Theor. Cleaning her plaque & bringing her some fresh flowers: sounds silly but as it gets closer to Christmas and I remember that last boxing day we lost her.
“I’m missing her more than ever and feeling a bit of dread towards boxing day for some reason (teary eye emoji) we love you fifi happy heavenly Christmas darling (white heart emoji).”
The mum-of-four announced the news of her per Pomeranian-Chihuahua mix passing away in her arms last year.
It comes after Stacey shared her annual Christmas card picture of her two youngest children Rex and Rose with their two family dogs Peanut and Teddy.
The loving family could be seen snuggling up together under a blanket in a wooden sled outside the front of their gorgeous home Pickle Cottage which was surrounded with snowy Christmas trees.
Rose and Rex could be seen wearing a matching baby blue Christmas jumper while Stacey opted for a crisp white roll-neck jumper as they beamed for the camera.

She captioned the family photoshoot: “The cheesy Annual Christmas Card Picture. I didn’t manage to get everyone in this year (there’s too many of us to manage)
“But tbh this year it was nice to make it all about Peanut & Teddy. We lost our beautiful Theo last Boxing Day, we are so lucky to have Peanut, and to have been lucky enough to rescue & welcome Teddy to our family.
“Dogs are just so special. We miss you Theo. We love you Teddy & Peanut. Thank you for being the best dogs in the whole wide world, and the best friends Rez, Rose, Leighton, Zach & Harry could wish for… To the moon and back boys.”
