Hamza Yassin embarked on plenty of adventures before signing up to Strictly Come Dancing.
The Countryfile star and wildlife cameraman has already proved a hit in the BBC ballroom, where he’s topped leaderboards with his pro partner Jowita Przystal.
The CBeebies presenter, 32, has racked up an impressive TV resume with appearances on BBC’s Countryfile, Animal Park and The One Show.

But before finding fame in the world of television, Hamza lived a very different life and spent almost a year living in his car.
It was because he made a brave decision at the young age of 21 which changed his life forever.
Hamza arrived in the UK from Sudan when he was eight and was raised in Northampton before heading off to study zoology at Bangor University.
But things were never the same after Hamza took a trip to a remote part of Scotland, the Ardnamurchan peninsula, with a pal from university.
The former boy Scout fell in love with the local wildlife in the region, with a particular fondness for the golden eagles and the red deer.
He then spent a week trying to persuade his parents to let him move out of the family home and start a new life 500 miles away.
Hamza packed up and moved to Kilchoan in the West Highlands, where he spent 11 months living in his estate car, washing his clothes at the community centre and using the public toilets on the jetty.
The presenter proceeded to live in empty holiday homes for several years before buying a place he could call his own.
It seems he’s made a name for himself in the community as he’s made plenty of friends who come to him with various wildlife news.
Hamza told Daily Record: “Everybody knows what I do and I have 150 pairs of eyes on wildlife for me. Someone will tell me, ‘Hamza, there’s buzzards nesting in the tree.’ It’s lovely to have that relationship.”
