This Morning star Craig Doyle left viewers in a hot sweat as he recalled a “bad” incident with a mouse.
The 51-year-old Irish presenter filled in for Dermot O’Leary and presenter the latest edition of the ITV daytime show alongside Alison Hammond.
Conversation turned to the time when a mouse ran up Craig’s shorts, forcing him to strip off.
He explained: “I had a bad mouse incident a couple of years ago”
Alison asked: What was that?”
Craig said: “Do you want to know? Right so we had chickens and used to have this metal bin with chicken food.
“I went to feed the chickens in my shorts.
A cheeky Alison added: “Shorts” sending the crew into fits of giggles.
Craig continued: “Yeah they were short shorts, I don’t want to talk about it.
“I open the thing and the mouse was there looking at me and he’d been in there a day eating. He’s out of his mind on chicken feed and jumped from the bin onto my leg, right up my shorts.
“I ran down the garden and i’m taking things off and the mouse goes.
“It was bad but my children on the other hand, it’s the best thing to have ever happened.”
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: Craig’s mouse has got the right idea!!!”
Another added: “I don’t think I’ve ever been so turned on, Craig.”
A third person posted: “Ooh Craig everyday please.”
While a fourth social media user said: “Love Craig’s accent, his looks and everything about him.”
Craig confirmed that he’d be filling in for Dermot on Sunday (May 1) as he shared a message with his followers on Instagram.
