This Morning host Holly Willoughby has revealed she is ‘finally living’ after turning 40.
The 41-year-old presenter appeared on the latest episode of the ITV daytime show, where she discussed ‘feeling more confident in her own skin’ after turning 40 last year.
Appearing opposite Phillip Schofield and Vanessa Feltz in a phone-in about life achievements, Holly said: “I do feel like every decade brings you something. I do feel like in my forties, I definitely know who I am a lot more.
“I’m definitely confident in my own skin, all those things that I love.
“I’m living. Finally.”
She added: “Yes, I do [feel more myself].
