Tipping Point fans were amazed after they saw how one contestant’s name is spelled and took to Twitter to unload their opinions.
Fans of the ITV quiz show tuned in to see Ben Shephard welcomed four new hopefuls up to the podium.
The contestants introduced themselves to the camera but as she show began, the angle began to pan away from them and showed their name tags.

All Tipping Point contestant’s names are displayed in front of their podiums and “Shannon” was actually revealed as “Shannyn”.
Fans couldn’t believe their eyes and turned to social media to share their confusion.
One wrote: “How many times already has Shannyn had to spell her name out to people? Only another 50 years of doing that,” and signed off with a laughing face.
Another joked: “Shannyn’s parents can’t spell,” while another simply tweeted: “Shannon!”
Shannyn unfortunately got a question wrong about her “favourite” move franchise.
Host Ben was asking the quizzers a question about the movie franchise Avengers, but Shannyn buzzed too soon and answered “Marvel” instead of the name of the superheroes.
A downtrodden Shannyn sighed in frustration and told Ben that she was disappointed as she “loves” The Avengers movies.
Presenter Ben Shephard also hosts ITV’s early morning show Good Morning Britain, where he delivers the news to its loyal viewers.
He recently came under fire for a “unprofessional habit” as fans took to social media to slam his presenting style.
Shephard was accused of calling Tory MPs by their first names, whereas the Labour party were addressed by their surnames, during a recent political discussion.
One viewer tweeted out that they “knew” Ben referring to the MPs on a first name basis was “bound to happen,” while another begged him to “stop it, please”.
Ben was completely slammed by one Twitter user, who addressed him personally and told him that it “isn’t professional” and that the government officials “aren’t his friends”.
However, Ben hit out at the Tory party recently for their absence during a planned interview segment with GMB.
Viewers were shown an empty chair where a government minister had been expected to answer questions, but Ben claimed that they “didn’t have time in their busy schedule”.
