Tipping Point host Ben Shephard savagely poked fun at celebrity contestant Lee Juggernauth on the tonight’s Soccer Aid special episode after he made a hilarious question blunder.
Lee joined Jeff Brazier and Liv Cooke on the show in a bid to raise money for the British charity, which raises money for UNICEF and vulnerable children.
As Lee took on his trivia questions to score counters for the machine, he gave a hilarious answer to a question, leaving viewers in stitches.
Ben asked: “Located in the US, Freedom Barks and Fort Woof are parks designated for what kind of domesticated animals?”
Lee stunned viewers when he answered: “Safari animals.”
Ben could be seen cracking up laughing, before reminding him that he said domesticated animals and said the words “bark” and “woof”.
Ben immediately took his own Twitter page to poke fun at the A Place in the Sun star, tweeting: “Barking brilliance incoming! Does this get into the top 10 best TP answers??? If it does surely it deserves a donation! The #TippingPoint #SoccerAid special now on @itv.
Fans also commented on the gaffe, with one tweeting: “Domesticated animals… lee: safari animals…. Ben pi**es his pants #TIPPINGPOINT.”
Freestyle football World Champion and 5x world record holder, Liv Cooke, was the first to be booted off the show, leaving Lee and Jeff duking it out for a spot in the final.
Jeff impressed audiences with his trivia knowledge and sailed through to the final in a bid to bag a large cash sum for the charity.
Sadly, he was unable to win the £10k prize, but the team collectively bagged £2750 in aid.
Viewers were left in hysterics last night after another contestant made an ‘epic’ question blunder during her trivial challenge.
Player Nyome was asked to name a Spanish football as part of a trivia question.
“For which Spanish football club did Lionel Messi make his official debut in 2004?” asked Ben.
Fans were stunned at her answer, as she said: “Manchester United.”
Ben struggled to hide his amusement, as she laughed and reminding her that he asked for a Spanish football club, not a British one.
Viewers took to Twitter to react: “That famous Spanish football club Manchester United,” said one followed by an eye roll emoji.
Another added: “if only, if only,” he said. Barcelona, it’s a Spanish football club.”
