X Factor’s Stevi Ritchie branded Loose Women star Janet Street-Porter the rudest celeb he’s ever met.
The singer starred on X Factor in 2014 and came sixth in the ITV competition.
During a Facebook Live chat with showbiz reporter Carly Hacon, the cheery star spoke about his awkward Loose Women moment.
When asked who the worst celeb he’s ever encountered, he revealed: “My worst… The one I thought was a little bit rude, Janet Street-Porter wasn’t very nice to me on Loose Women.
“I know she’s bloody brutal anyways and she’s like ‘bang’ and if you don’t take it, you are b*ggered.
“So, she was very rude to me, but hey look, and I took it, I got it, she said to me ‘you do seem very flat, don’t you?’ And I said ‘No, but thank you, Janet, appreciate that.
Talking about his dream TV show being I’m A Celeb, he then added: “So, if I was in the jungle with Janet Street-Porter I would be like ‘Na’.
“It would be one of those moments where I don’t think I could cope. It was live on air, it was in front of everyone on Loose Women, there was Coleen and Ruth and Andrea McLean.
“I felt so small. But I appreciate who she is at least she’s still honest and being herself but I thought ‘ooh…’
“It hit the heart, right there.”
He also added that he wouldn’t acknowledge her, if their paths crossed again, and said: “I bloody won’t, I don’t think she’d recognise me now anyway, I’m older and uglier.”
Stevi is still performing and loves to get on stage, most recently starring in Wizard Of Oz alongside Bobby Davro.
Talking about his time on the ITV show, he said: “For me, it seems like yesterday. I’d love to do it all again in a heartbeat, put it that way.
Speaking about performing in front of music mogul Simon Cowell, he added: “Nothing ever compares to that, Simon Cowell is the god of X Factor and I’ve always said it.
“I do feel our paths will cross again at some point. It’s been eight years but I have got a feeling I will meet him again, watch this space.
“I’ve got no bad words to say about Simon. He is so caring and honest and a very powerful man, in a very nice way.
“I got to know him on a personal level and he gave me a massive opportunity in life and for that I’m indebted to him.”
