Alison Hammond tipped to leave This Morning by end of 2023 with new job on horizon

Alison Hammond’s future on This Morning has been thrown into doubt as bookies claim she could be leaving before the end of the year.

The long-running ITV show has been in the headlines as of late – following former star Phillip Schofield’s shock affair confession.

Since Phillip stepped down, Holly Willoughby has had a revolving door of temporary co-hosts filling Phillip’s seat in the studio – while bosses decide on a permanent replacement.

National treasure Alison has fronted the show alongside Holly, along with telly faves Dermot O’Leary, Josie Gibson and Craig Doyle.

Alison has been on This Morning for over 20 years

But apparently, Alison’s stint on This Morning could be ending sooner than we think, according to the bookies.

In an exclusive prediction provided by BonusCodeBets, the odds of Alison to permanently leave This Morning before the end of 2023 is 6/1.

A spokesperson told Daily Star: “Alison has done a great job holding the fort for the This Morning team over the past few weeks with ITV execs planning the future of the channel.

Bookies claim Alison could leave the show before end of 2023

“However, despite her good relationship with the rest of the cast, the presenter will surely be disappointed to relieve her full-time role after getting a taste of the limelight.

“Alison is 6/1 to get itchy feet and leave the show before the end of 2023, though it’s more likely she reverts back to her old role presenting on Fridays and stays, at odds of 1/8.”

Alison has stepped in to front the show all week recently

However, PR Director at Rise at Seven Will Hobson told Daily Star how he “can’t see her leaving the show at the minute.”

But the expert did issue a warning to the Brummie babe and said: “I would definitely recommend broadening where she presents just to spread the risk.”

It seems Alison has a jam-packed year ahead, as she recently revealed a rather exciting new job away from the This Morning studios.
