Amanda Holden has opened up about stripping off as she fronts a racy new TV show.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge, 52, has teamed up with historian Dan Jones for a five-part series titled Sex: A Bonkers History, which is set to premiere this month on Sky History.
Over the course of the series, she dresses up as five iconic and powerful women throughout history from Ancient Egypt as Cleopatra all the way to the 20th century as Marilyn Monroe.

Amanda has previously attracted Oftom complaints with her racy outfits and she think it’s “absolutely ridiculous”.
Speaking to The Sun, the Heart Breakfast radio presenter said: “It’s crazy that when you think of the hoo-ha around some of my outfits now, we’re still there.
“It’s absolutely ridiculous that it’s still going on in an era when we really think that we are ahead of the game.
“But as I always say when we talk about Britain’s Got Talent, I’m 52 — if they want to still talk about my t*ts then bring it on!”
Amanda’s imagination was sent wild while filming the programme and decided to strip off for a racy portrait for her husband Chris Hughes.
She told the publication: “No one else will ever see it, including the television audience, but it felt liberating to pose naked.
“Certain areas were covered up, but I suppose it is like doing their equivalent of Playboy or something like that, then keeping it private for the person you love most.”

Along the way, Amanda and Dan will meet experts in the history of sex, including sex historian Dr. Kate Lister, international teacher of Dominance studies Anne O Nomis and the late executive chair of Ann Summers, Jacqueline Gold CBE in her very last television interview.
The pair also reveal how the Victorian era was secretly one of the most sexually progressive in the world.
They also learn that sexual attitudes in the 20 th century have changed more than in any other period in history and that this rate of change only continues to accelerate.
