Amanda Owen breaks social media silence with cryptic post after split from husband

Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has broken her social media silence.

The 48-year-old Yorkshire Shepherdess took to Instagram to share a string of photos of her children taking part in lambing season,.

She crpyitcally captioned the snaps: “Trials and tribulations”, alongside sheep emojis.

Seeing the mum-of-nine post for the first time since March 27, many of her followers were happy see her return with a wholesome post and commented favourably.

One social media user penned: “One thing we’re all certain of in life is trials and tribulations, glad you’re back I’ve missed your posts Amanda.”

Another said: “Lovely to see you back Amanda, you have been missed.”

A third chimed: “Your family is amazing, glad you’re posting again, take it easy.”

While a fourth hared: “Lovely to see you back, thank you for sharing the photos of your lovely family X.”

Amanda confirmed her split from husband Clive Owen last year and she’s rumoured to have moved on with businessman Robert Davies.

Despite their 22-year marriage coming to an end, Clive says Amanda still cooks for him daily.

Talking candidly to Christine Lampard on ITV’s Lorraine, Clive spoke of ex and how they co-work, co-farm and co-parent after their split.

He said: “I live at the farm and she lives about half a mile away down the road.

“On a day-to-day basis, we work together, we farm together, we look after the kids together.”

Speaking about how Amanda still cooks him dinner most of the time, the farmer and dad-of-nine added: “She feeds us all, somehow she looks after two houses instead of one.”

Elsewhere in his chat with Christine, Clive admitted to “playing a massive part” in he and Amanda’s split and confessed that he “made a right mess of things”.

Clive and Amanda shot to fame on the hit show Our Yorkshire Farm in 2018, which aired regularly on Channel 5 and followed their life on Ravenseat Farm with their nine children.
