Ashley Roberts flaunted her sensational figure and abs as she broke a sweat during her latest sizzling workout.
The former Pussycat Doll proved she’s still got it as she showed off her flexibility by stretching her legs wide open and over her head.
Taking to her Instagram Story on Thursday (January 6) Ashley posted a behind-the-scenes look at her workout with pal Lou Teasdale.

No stranger to showing off her fabulous figure, the presenter slipped into a skintight gym ensemble that clung to her body in all the right places.
In the first snap, Ashley struck a gorgeous pose donning a co-ord crop top and leggings set that did wonders for her physique.
41-year-old Ashley styled her blonde locks into a high ponytail, with two serious cascading alongside her gorgeous face.
The American singer, who co-presents Heart Radio with Britain’s Got Talent beaut, Amanda Holden, looked nothing short of sensational as she showed off her flexibility for her adorned fans.
Lying down, Ashley placed her feet in a cable reformer and lifted both legs out and over her head as she smiled for the camera.
“And stretttchhhh!” wrote the singer while sharing the video with her 702,000 followers.
Ashley’s friend Lou also shared a series of sizzling snaps from their workout session at Nobu Pilates in London.
“Good girls done our keep fit,” the celebrity stylish captioned her selfies.
It comes as Ashley recently opened up about her desire to find love, having focused mainly on her career up until now.
Ashley dated Strictly hunk Giovanni, 32, for 12 months from early 2019 until January 2020.
Speaking to The Sun, she revealed: “I’ve been really good at being driven and taking care of myself and I would like for someone to come in and support me.

She added: “Not financially, and not that I need a man to take care of me, but I would like to share my life with someone whose company I enjoy and who supports me.
“I want to experience the world with someone that makes me laugh, but who also has the emotional intelligence to have an interesting conversation.”
