A Place in the Sun guest has left presenter Lee Juggurnauth feeling awkward when she rejected almost everything about a property.
Ambuland dispatcher Helen and her partner Andrew, from Yorkshire, decided to buy a retirement home in the Canary Islands.
They picked Tenerife as their dream location to settle and hoped to get a two-bed house with either a private garden or a roof terrace.

With a budget of £130,000 and the space they were after, Lee took them further inland to the town of Chio.
He showed them a detached house with two bedrooms.
During the house viewing, Lee tried to get Helen to share more of her impression of the house, but she was not sharing much on camera.
However, she admitted that she was “not blown away” as the place felt “hemmed in” and they would have to readjust the layout of the house.
After a quick walk-through, the couple met Lee at the roof terrace as he smiled and asked: “What do you think of this house?”
Helen said: “I don’t like it. I don’t like the views. I don’t like what I’m looking at. I don’t like the house and I don’t like where it is.
“It’s not for me. No.”
Lee told them Helen and Andrew to “forget about the property” and moved on to their third one.
Viewers noticed the “dead air” during the show and shared their thoughts in the comments.
One fan said: “Actually feeling a bit sorry for Lee today…. it all feels a bit awkward.”
“I’m not sure Helen really wants to be there, it looks like she’s going to burst into tears any minute,” a second wrote.
A third joked: “Why does the woman look like she’s constantly trying to hold in a fart?”
Others agreed with Helen and felt the property was a big box with no windows.
