In the pic, Naga can be seen very close up with sweat dripping from her brow.
She donned an orange sports vest and no makeup for the snap, as she had headphones in her ears.
Fans took to the comment section to support the star, with one writing: “You are very brave running in this heat Naga!! Enjoy your round of golf later too, I’m taking my dog for a walk before the thunderstorms strike!!”

“@tvnaga enjoy your golf today, I always freeze a small bottle of water and keep it in my golf bag next to my drinks. Play well!” a sixth shared.
Another typed: “You are very brave running in this heat Naga!! Enjoy your round of golf later too, I’m taking my dog for a walk before the thunderstorms strike!!”
This comes after host Naga Munchetty kicked her co-star Charlie Stayt on air on Thursday (June 15).
The hosts in the BBC studio were having technical issues as the camera kept panning back to them mid-interview.
Camera issues seemed to happen throughout the episode, but the comical moment happened during an interview with Barrister Victoria Butler-Cole.
As Victoria was talking, the camera turned to hosts Naga and Charlie, to show a very disengaged Charlie, as he read through the morning paper as Victoria was talking.
Naga soon realised the camera was back on them in the studio and tried to subtly kick Charlie to get his attention.
Though viewers at home noticed her attempt and found it hilarious.
One said: “Good stealth kick from Naga on Charlie here @BBCBreakfast having some camera issues today!”
A second typed: “Not so sneaky kick Naga.”
While a third penned: “Charlie getting booted by Naga for reading the paper.”
