BBC Breakfast star Charlie Stayt was absent from the latest instalment of the morning programme for the third time running this week.
The presenter, 61, regularly hosts the show alongside regular co-host Naga Munchetty from Thursday to Saturday, but he was nowhere to be seen today (July 22).
Sharing the top headlines with viewers across the country on Thursday an Friday was much-loved star Ben Thompson, however it was Roger Johnson who stepped in for Charlie on Saturday.

Meanwhile Naga, 48, was back in the studio after she took a trip to the hospital to donate blood on Friday (July 21).
Sharing a video on Instagram, Naga said to the camera: “I’ve just done the Breakfast shift and just nipped in to give some blood, it will over in about 15 to 20 minutes.
“I’m feeling good but the thing that makes me feel most good is that hopefully it will save someone’s life.”
“Good morning! @bbcbreakfast work done,” she captioned the clip.
“Now giving a little bit of me to hopefully make someone’s day a bit better in the future.”
The radio host was flooded with support from fans who rushed to thank her for donating blood.
One fan wrote: “Good work Naga, and hopefully seeing this will convince others to do it!”
Another added: “Thank you, and thank you too everyone else who donates blood. I needed 5 units back in 2015, and I might not be here without the people who donated that blood. Forever grateful.”
“Fantastic, great person,” agreed a third.
While a fourth penned: “Lovely Naga on the money, it’s a great feeling giving a pint of the red stuff. Something so easy for most of us can truly make a difference to someone else”.
In another show shake-up, fans were greeted with meteorologist Louise Lear who shared the latest weather updates with viewers across the country.
Carol Kirkwood presents the weather from Monday to Friday, while her replacement is often Matt Taylor.
