BBC viewers slam mic blunder during birdsong segment on The One Show

BBC viewers of The One Show spotted an awkard blunder as it appeared the studio mics were left running whilst a segment aired.

A feature focusing on birdsong was marred by the background noise of the mics in the studio with presenters Alex Jones and Jermaine Jenas alongside guests Jools Holland and Dr Ranj Singh.

As the segment continued to discuss the beauty of birdsong BBC viewers got more irate over the “amateur” sound mistake which left the hum of background chatter over interviews and nature’s bird song.
