Big Brother housemates line-up in full – Former Miss Universe, DJ and ‘a bit of a snob’

After a five-year hiatus, Big Brother is officially back with 16 brand-new housemates who entered the house earlier this evening, read below to meet the people competing for the win

After a five-year hiatus Big Brother is back.

lThe first episode of the brand new on ITV series aired on Sunday (October 8) and hosts AJ Odudu and Will Best met 16 housemates from all walks of life before they entered the most famous house in Britain.

The social experiment puts strangers in a house together, cuts them off from the outside world and monitors their every move as they attempt to make alliances to out-manoeuvre other houseguests to avoid getting voted out and win the £150,00 prize fund.

The show launched on Channel 4 way back in 2000 with Davina McCall as host and has now been taken over by ITV. Over the years Big Brother has created many stars.

This year, the show is sure to be a good one. Daily Star has taken a look at the full line-up and meet the new faces that will be gracing our screens from Sunday’s to Friday’s.

Big Brother airs Sunday to Thursday on ITV2 and ITVX at 9pm
