Britney Spears is reportedly set to split custody of her five dogs with her soon-to-be ex-husband Sam Asghari in the divorce settlement.
This comes after the pair split up after being married for 14 months.
Iranian model and fitness trainer Sam Asghari, 29, cited “irreconcilable differences” in his divorce petition against the music superstar.

According to documents filed to Los Angeles Superior Court, he is also seeking spousal support and to end Spears’ ability to receive support.
The couple share five dogs together and reports have suggested that Britney is set to keep four of them and Sam will be taking the pooch he bought for her protection two years ago.

Earlier this week Sam was spotted walking the former couple’s Doberman, Porsha and it has been reported that he will be keeping Porsha in the divorce.
However, it was previously reported that Britney is refusing to let her ex “seize custody” of two pooches.
According to reports Britney is scared that Sam wants to get custody of two of their dogs and she is adamant that she won’t let him.
TMZ claims Sam will only have custody of Porsha full-time after coming to an arrangement with the pop princess.

This comes after Britney broke her silence on the breakup and took to Instagram to say: “As everyone knows, Hesam and I are no longer together …
“Six years is a long time to be with someone so, I’m a little shocked but … I’m not here to explain why because it’s honestly nobody’s business !!! But, I couldn’t take the pain anymore honestly !!!
“In some sort of telepathic way, I have been receiving so many messages that melt my heart from friends and I thank you!
“I’ve been playing it strong for way too long and my Instagram may seem perfect but it’s far from reality and I think we all know that!
