Simon has worked with huge stars such as Michael Jackson, Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid.
Though he says teaming up with the Royal Family would not be for him.

When asked if he would be up for the job, Simon told Daily Star: “No, I couldn’t think of anything worse than doing that, especially now, I’m now working on my acting and my fashion line, and I have my own security company that I run, but I don’t want to be back on the field again.”
The King’s Coronation took place in London on Saturday, May 6.
But how much of a threat was there going to be on the big day?
“There will be as much threat as there would be with any big crowd gathering, but I’m sure we will deal with it in our very British manner and all club together and help one another if something was to go wrong,” claimed Simon.
When asked about his celebrity roster, Simon revealed some other big names he’s worked with such as Rita Ora and Halsey.
Simon said: “I worked with them on a freelance basis, so whenever they visit they would always need a UK bodyguard, and their record company or PR company would usually pay for this.
“It would range between £300-£650 a day and I would have to be awake before they are and go to sleep after they fall asleep, so the days are ridiculously long and really not as glamorous as people would think.”
He continued: “But you’ve got to remember, they are just normal people, and I’ve always got on well with the majority of people I’ve worked with.
“In the times where I’ve decided I didn’t want to work with them again and they’ve asked me to another time, I might have just said ‘Oh, I’m booked up, so I can’t I’m afraid’.”
Simon has been lucky enough to have never had any “scary” celeb encounters but he did say that Michael Jackson had the “wildest” fans.
He said despite big crowds and the occasional stalkers, all of the stars he’s looked after have come away unscathed as he makes sure to “run a tight ship”.
Simon added: “But I’ve served in the military so nothing is really scary in comparison to working in the Middle East.”
